Mom’s, Dad’s, parents this one’s for you! Podcasts have been my sanctuary in learning and listening to the most motivational and moving conversations and stories. It is my go to when I can not pick up a book and get my much needed dose of goodness. Whenever I sink into my podcast listening time the kiddos are usually occupied with an activity, screen time or sleeping in bed. There have been times when I have managed to multitask and put the podcast on speaker while the kiddos sat and listened in. They have become familiar with many of the amazing podcasts.

When I learned about the new Kids Podcast Melon’s House Party I immediately introduced it to my son, the music lover.

It was love at first Listen!

Ever since the first introduction to Wondery’s Melon House Party there isn’t a moment when a podcast is played that he doesn’t request Melon’s House Party. One of his favorite episodes is the Roof Dog and all of the creative songs within the 30 minute episode.

The best part of having your children love a podcast show is the fact that you fall in love with it as well. We have dance parties whenever the episodes are played; which a new episode is published every Wednesday. This family friendly show releases such fun and catchy music that gets everyone moving and dancing. The voices of the characters and their singing is so memorable it’s hard not to fall in love.
