The Angel Stone Headband is made of a delicate fabric inlayed rhinestone at 15″ and continued with cotton elastic to complete a 21.5″ length (average sized 2YO -adult size head).  The side center is made of a 100% organic cotton rose colored flower and centered with beads and 30 crystals centered stone.
