The P BALL was created with an elastic band that holds the ball high between your thighs; made to target just the right areas : your thighs, butt and abs.

The on demand streaming workout brings the PVOLVE studio to you. You will have a custom workout calendar with over 150 workouts to choose from at your convenience. You can start this program or the in studio at a reasonable price of 19.99 a month with the first 15 days free.

The in studio workouts are amazing! It’s everything you would anticipate a high motivating mind, body and community to be; where you can trust the trainer and program to get you fit. My first experience at PVOLVE Soho has me pumped to return on the days that Celestine (the trainer) will be teaching.

~ Use the phone stand to record your workout. It’s amazing to watch your progress over time.

~ Don’t over do the workout on your first visit. Teachers are super patient and there to help you handle the bands, applying them to your body as well as adjusting.

~ Enjoy the music and the experience. Don’t forget to take a fun post workout photo at the GIF photo station before leaving the studio.
