Lately, lunchtime has become a team effort between my 4 year old and I.  Everyday at lunchtime we head to the refrigerator, bread box and cupboard to find the perfect ingredients to add to our sandwiches.  Our got-to bursting with nutrients and flavor, as well as Plant-based , USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified bread is Arnold Organic White Made with Whole Wheat Bread .  We enjoy trusting our twin pallets to add the most delicious organic meal to our lunch menu for everyone in the family.

I am going to share one of our favorite sandwich recipes below, as well as share the other recommended breads that can be used; like the all-new Organic bread for kids with the help of Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.  It is so great to know that this bread honors the beauty of nature through sustainability in baking as well as its ingredients. You can truly taste it!!

The other 2 recommended Breads that are made with the same sustainable USDA Organic ingredients, baked with the renewable wind energy are Brownberry Organic and Oroweat Organic. Currently our cupboard is stocked with the Arnold Organic White made  with Whole Wheat, however they are all bursting with nutrients and flavor.  Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse addition is super fun but for a mom its the good source of vitamin A, vitamin D, and vitamin E. We were so happy to find the Arnold Organic White Made with Whole Wheat Bread here in on the east coast to make our lunch time even more special.

Ingredients used in this delicious blend of organic choices of foods to create the perfect sandwich include:

Arnold Organic White Made with Whole Wheat Bread

(toasted or non toasted – your choice)

Organic avocado

Organic ripe tomato

non low fat plain Greek yogurt

Chives

The key facts that make this lunch time tradition of ours so much more fun is the nutritional  value that we all take away from the meal. I chose to swap out some ingredients for sustainable organics because lunch time became one of our most teaching moments.  This encouraged me as a mom to make smart healthier choices.  This increases all of the good stuff by incorporating No artificial preservatives, colors or flavors, no high fructose corn syrup while adding whole grains in our diets.
