Why is black history shared in the month of February? she asked…. well, I would say because it is the month of love and what better way to share the appreciation of a culture and race that has helped to bring America to life, than to celebrate ate in February .
Also, it is because the second week in February coincides with the birthday of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglas. This is because these two men have said to the liberation and civil rights achievements.
To be celebrated during Black History Month is an honor! It was such a blessing to be featured by the publishing community of Women In Publishing.
